Usage Obligations
Apito is designed for the creative and technical advancement of API development. You agree to use the service in a way that upholds these standards: maintaining account security, respecting fair-use rate limits on mocking resources, and ensuring your mocks do not violate third-party rights.
Intellectual
You retain total ownership of your mock definitions and traffic configurations. Apito maintains the platform architecture, design tokens (including our Warp-inspired aesthetic), and software infrastructure.
Disclaimers
The service is provided in a high-fidelity state but on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% availability of your mock endpoints, we make no absolute warranties regarding uptime or suitability for specific mission-critical production loads.
